ABOUT US
What is Tao Holistic Healing?
Tao Holistic Healing is an intensive program customized for each individual,
to facilitate deep healing from chronic illness, injury or emotional trauma
that are difficult to overcome. Through intensive exercise and education
about universal energy principles, you can learn how to truly heal and
re-create your life.
Tao means the way of truth. This training can help bring you to the realization that you are the ultimate creator - of your health and your life - and that you have the power to change these things, as you wish.
Holistic means looking at your issues, their origins
and solutions, from the all-inclusive perspectives of body, mind and spirit.
It means treating the whole person; concentrating on the cause as well
as the symptoms.
Healing is about regaining the well-being of your whole
self, for deep and lasting heath, happiness and peace.
Our philosophy
1. You are the creator of your life. You are your best healer. Through this program this concept becomes more real and you will begin to see how conditions and issues manifested in your body. Only you can heal yourself. We provide you with the tools and guidance to begin your healing process. Through this you can gain full ownership of your life.
2. Human Beings have 3 bodies
We have three bodies, physical, energy, and spiritual. (Body, mind, and
spirit). The physical body is just that, our energy body holds our emotions,
and our spiritual body connects to thoughts, or the beliefs and information
that we hold. In this program we focus on the health and improvement on
all three bodies. We work integrating these bodies and learn to connect
with them as a whole rather than perceive as separate entities
3. As long as you have the will, you can heal yourself.
When you can face yourself and your life, and claim them as yours, you
can heal yourself. This takes a willingness to face things that may be
uncomfortable and painful. However, through facing this discomfort, you
can heal deeply.
How does the program work?
Tao Holistic Healing uses a step-by-step approach to help you reach your goals:
- Identifying the issue(s) that you wish to heal.
- Watching yourself constantly and deeply to increase awareness of your current mind-body-spirit condition
- Engaging in basic but intensive exercises, which focus on bringing healing energy to your physical, emotional and spiritual bodies
- Receiving private healing sessions with a spiritual healer, which will help you uncover the root of your issues and activate your ability to heal.
- Exploring your belief system, to discover how the energy of your thoughts and beliefs manifests in your physical, emotional and spiritual bodies.

The Staff
Jung Sug Hong is the creator and head instructor of the Tao Holistic
Healing Program. She has more than 10 years of experience with Dahn Yoga
instruction and healing in South Korea and the United States. Her interest
in using innovative healing approaches to help people was inspired by
her successfully healing herself of a life-threatening illness. Now she
is recognized as a highly gifted and creative healer by her professional
colleagues, and students.
Hong is passionate to share her acquired wisdom of holistic healing, based
on the principles and practices with roots in ancient Korea. Her practical
knowledge of and extensive experience with the complex mind-body-spirit
connections bring her students to new levels of health, often characterized
by physical and emotional insights and breakthroughs. The methods she
has developed for overcoming severe problems and diseases are innovative
and effective. She masterfully and intuitively guides students to the
necessity of taking ownership of their own condition and pushing past
their limitations to achieve genuine healing and personal growth.
Hong’s students have called her sincere, dedicated, brilliant and compassionate. As Larry Rosenberg, Ph.D., who took her program twice, states, “Ms. Hong was simply amazing with me. She relentlessly guided me to undo 60 years of bad habits, and access more my inner power and peace. While using ‘tough love’ to help me enter a new and positive personality zone, I could always feel her pure, loving heart fostering my healing.”
